A beautiful message from Marsha Linehan. She talks about 4 skills needed for building a life worth living/creating a life you want to live in this short video clip (below).

Marsha is not a typical therapist and the work she does is very specific, however the more I read about her and watched her speak, the more value I have gained from the overall essence of what she speaks. And I believe there is huge value in the core concepts of her work not to an even wider audience than the groups she treats.

Her work focuses on people with BPD (a specific type of personality disorder) and suicidal ideation. She has been a pioneer in working with patients with these characteristics and one of the few willing to work with them in the early days of research.

She essentially talks about the skills needed for building a life worth living and can be found all over the interwebs with a little digging.

She is a very engaging and entertaining speaker with a wicked sense of humour with a bunch of talks online.
